Myself and my neighbor were both left hanging by another builder and Kevin at Rodina really stepped up to bail us both out. With my neighbor, he was able to pick up the project (a pool house) and finish it in very quickly with little stress to them. While I was too far along on my project (garage addition) for Kevin to take it over, as a favor to my neighbor he still helped guide me to good subs, made calls to those subs on my behalf, and just in general has been a stand-up guy in helping me to complete my project.

He did this all at no cost, just to help out someone who had been screwed over by another contractor. Both my neighbor and I were left wishing we had gone with Kevin from the start. His initial bid was higher, but had we gone with him we would have been done literally years earlier, and at significantly less cost and stress. Highly recommended .
